Course Application Form
Once you submit the application form, you will be taken to our secure payment gateway to pay a deposit of $500 NZD. Please contact us if you wish to pay your deposit via a different method.
To make a course booking
- Complete one application form per course or service.
- Forward a deposit of $500 NZD (details below). You will be directed to our secure credit card facility after submitting your application form.
- A $500 NZD deposit is required to confirm bookings.
- Only one deposit is necessary for multiple courses or services.
- Your deposit is refundable up to 40 days prior to your booked start date. After 40 days your deposit is refundable only if we can replace the booking.
Balance of Payments
- Due 30 days in advance.
- Balance of Payment is refundable only if we can replace the booking.
- Please note that all fees include 5% Omarama Airfield Levy and 12.5% GST.
- We recommend you have travel insurance that will cover your course bookings in case of you are unable to attend due to illness or misadventure.
Extras and Refunds
- Refunds or extra payments will be settled at the end of your visit.
