Bookings and Booking Conditions

To make a booking:

  • Complete one Application Form per course or service.
  • Forward a NZ$500 deposit - details below - you will be directed to our secure credit card facility after submitting your application form.

Deposits

  • A NZ$500 deposit is required to confirm bookings.
  • Only one deposit is necessary for multiple Courses or services.
  • Your deposit is refundable up to 40 days prior to your booked start date.
  • After 40 days your deposit is refundable only if we can replace the booking.

Balance of Payment

  • Due 30 days in advance.
  • Balance of Payment is refundable only if we can replace the booking.
  • Please note that all fees include 5% Omarama Airfield Levy and 12.5% GST.

Extras and Refunds

  • Refunds or extra payments will be settled at the end of your visit.

Advance payments may be made by:

Credit Card (VISA or Mastercard only ) via our Secure Server. click here to enter credit card details
